RUTLAND MAKERS MARKET

From jewellers and artists through to a perfumery and rug designer, Newtown’s Rutland Street is a hive of creativity. Formerly known as Big Boom Gallery, the Rutland Street Makers have created their own monthly market, bringing the precinct’s creatives together in one place.

The makers market offers a chance for artists to open their studios and for the community to discover their work firsthand.

Everything on display is handcrafted and made to a high standard, offering a unique one-stop destination for thoughtful, locally made gifts.

The Rutland Street Precinct has long been a collaborative creative hub, where makers come together to work, share ideas, and connect beyond their home studios.
